Laugh Shot is a hilarious and engaging card game designed for friends and family looking to add a twist to their gathering. Players take turns drawing cards and creating jokes based on the prompts they receive. The goal is simple: make your opponent laugh. If you laugh, they take a shot; if not, you take one instead!

Basic Rules:

No Touching – Keep your hands to yourself.

No Help! – No internet or audience help

Teamwork Consequences – If a teammate helps but the joke fails, you and your teammate takes a double shot. then you and your opponent go to the back of the line

15-Second Rule – If you don’t say a joke in 15 seconds, you lose your turn and take a shot.

Category Challenge – If you are sensitive to a joke category before it’s performed, take a shot and skip your turn.

Points:

+1 POINT If your opponent laughs in 15 seconds during your turn.

+2 POINTS If your opponent’s team members laughs in 15 seconds during your turn.

-1 POINT If your opponent laughs in 15 seconds during your turn.

The team with highest points at the end of round three wins!!!

How to Play:

Round 1:

Team 1 picks one a card each, announces the card, and performs their joke. If the opponent laughs in 15 seconds,

they take a shot.

If they don’t laugh in 15 seconds, the performer takes a shot.

After the turn, both players go to the back of the line. Continue until everyone on Team 1 has played once.

Round 2:

Now, Team 2 takes turns performing like Team 1

Round 3:

Shuffle the deck again! Now both teams perform back-to-back.

Example: Player 1 tells a joke, then either takes a shot or stays safe. Player 2 then goes, and the cycle continues until the first pair is back to the front of the line.

Special Cards:

🚨 Pass the Shot – You perform your joke, but if your opponent doesn’t laugh, you can pass your shot to them!

🚨 Water up – When this card is pulled, all players drink water for the
